We are unable to accept returns or exchanges. To ensure our customers receive the freshest and most accurate fragrance possible, all decants are taken from the manufacturer's original bottle ONLY upon your placement of an order. Therefore, all sales must be final.

Damaged, leaking or wrong items

In the unfortunate event your order arrives damaged or incorrectly fulfilled, we ask that you please contact us within five days of delivery, using our website's Contact form.
